If you need to do the following, use the instructions on this page to reconnect with Salesforce.

  • Change the Salesforce account used for integration
  • Resend all contact/card data to the Salesforce business card object

 

1. Disconnect from Salesforce

1. Before reconnecting, follow these steps to disconnect.

 

2. Under the Salesforce tab, check the "Connection Target Environment" and "Organization Name" for the environment you want to reconnect to, and click "× Remove Connection" on the right.

 

*After disconnecting, the user mapping settings previously configured (link between Sansan users and Salesforce users) will be fully lost.
To back up the mapping data beforehand, click "Check" on the left "Import from file" "Download" before clicking to remove the connection. (Note that if the connection status shows an error, export may not be possible.)

 

3. A pop-up message will appear. Click OK after confirming that the content is correct.

 

2. Reconnect to Salesforce

Refer to these instructions to reauthenticate with Salesforce and set up linkage between Sansan users and Salesforce users.
Once the setup is complete, syncing will resume on the next business day.

If there are already linked business cards in the Salesforce organization's business card object, reconnecting will not create duplicate records. The business card record owner will be updated in accordance with the linkage settings between Sansan users and Salesforce users configured during the reconnection.
